Target species: Chinese Egret、Black-faced Spoonbill、Dalmatian Pelican、Saunder's Gull、Spoon-billed Sandpiper、Asian Dowitcher、Nordmann's Greenshank、Imperial Eagle、Greater Spotted Eagle

目標鳥種:           黃嘴白鷺、黑臉琵鷺、卷羽鵜鶦、黑嘴鷗、勺嘴

                          鷸、半蹼鷸、小青腳鷸、白肩鵰、烏鵰

Mai Po Wetland Bird Watching

Mai Po Wetland provide important feeding environment for the transit of birds and winter migratory birds travel , most of which are wetland birds. 

米埔自然保護區為過境旅鳥和冬候鳥提供重要的覓食環境，其中大部份是濕地鳥類。

Spring times, large number of waterfowl and wading birds foraging arrived Mai Po, here is a variety of ducks andegrets habitat. 

春季時大量水鳥和涉禽扺達米埔覓食，這裡亦是多種鴨和鷺鳥的棲息地。

Protected area composition by the mangroves, water shrimp ponds (Gei Wai), freshwater marsh and pond digging provision, and with a number of bird-watching pavilion. Bird-watching on the mudflats in the kiosk to facilitate bird-watching or low tide approached the pontoon enjoy bird-watching pavilion with spectacular food.

保護區由紅樹林、淺水蝦塘（基圍）、淡水沼澤和挖闢塘組成，並設有多個觀鳥亭。泥灘上的觀鳥亭方便觀鳥者在潮漲或潮退時欣賞涉禽隨潮水走近浮橋觀鳥亭覓食的壯觀場面。

 Boardwalk Pavilion is the ideal place for bird watching, tide height about 2.2meters, birdwatchers may refer to the Hong Kong Observatory website on the recent tide tables Tsim Bei Tsui.
