Mai Po Bicycle Tour (Part 2) 米埔單車遊 (第二集)

Mai Po Wetland is not like Hong Kong Wetland Park. Mai Po Wetland is free of charge for independent visit, meanwhile you can still joint the guides’ tour organized by WWF as mention in previous.

This is the first post guiding you how to visit Mai Po Wetland by a special way - bicycle.

Bicycle tour is not familiar in Hong Kong Island or Kowloon as there is not much place for cycling. However, Mai Po Wetland was located in New Territories. This had many place well for cycling including Mai Po.

There is no standard bicycle rail going to Mai Po, the closest and with most safety way going to is from Yuen Long.

You can rent your bicycle in Yuen Long, which provide a suitable bicycle and safety helmet.
